You shall be solely responsible for making any background checks on the Employer/recruiter and dealing with them on being fully satisfied.

• 53. Your use of the Services is at your sole risk. The Services are provided on an "As Is” and “as available basis”. MD makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, with respect to our services, its medium, any written material accompanying it, or produced by it, its use, suitability, reliability, accuracy, performance or results, its merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.

• 55. You agree that MD may, under certain circumstances and without prior notice, immediately terminate your enrollment, any associated email address, and access to the Service. Cause for such termination shall include, but not be limited to,
  • (a) breaches or violations of the TOU or other incorporated agreements or guidelines,
  • (b) requests by law enforcement or other government agencies,
  • (c) a request by you,
  • (d) discontinuance or material modification to the Service (or any part thereof),
  • (e) unexpected technical or security issues or problems,
  • (f) extended periods of inactivity,
  • (g) engagement by you in fraudulent or illegal activities, and/or
  • (h) non payment of any fees owed by you in connection with the Services.
• 56. Termination of your MD enrolment includes removal of access to all offerings within the Services and barring of further use of the Services.
• 57. Further, you agree that all terminations shall be sole discretion of MD and that MD shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your enrolment, any associated email address, or access to the Services.

• 59. You agree and acknowledge that the services are provided are on a “as is” and “as available” and that your use of the Services and / or the Website shall be at your sole risk.
